I teach here now, so maybe a little bias! But before I was part of the team, this place was everything a studio should be. No judgment, real sense of community with other riders and instructors - come as you are for some no nonsense cardio.

Love this place! The instructors are so motivating and positive. I would highly recommend to anyone if they want to sweat out their daily frustrations.

Super great class! Thanks Shane for the energy and killer music! Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff. As an out-of-towner, this was a great place to keep moving while on vacation. Next time I’m in Edmonton, I’ll be back!

I am proud to say I am a TRU RIDE ADDICT. The vibe of Tru Ride is amazing. Great instructors, fantastic music to pedal through and a positive atmosphere to be apart of.

The Staff are Very Friendly and Professional, Leaders are Motivating, Fun, High Energy for that cardio experience, Sweaty, Awesome Music, Clean – Like anything I have my favorites but any leader will not disappoint. The Tru Ride Tribe - amazing.
