FitBody makes working out fun and efficient. The 1/2 hour sessions are easy to fit in to the day and since my workouts are done by 6 I have the whole evening ahead of me. I’m getting stronger every day and the Coaches are always there for encouragement and accountability. I never know what they will have planned for the class. No two days have ever been the same. A great place place to get and then stay fit!
Fit Body South has been a part of my life for 7 yrs and it is just the best place to go and work out. I guarantee that you will never do the same routine. The instructors are just so full of life and get you excited to work out. Come try it out you won't regret it !!!!

I love FBBC South. Lorraine is an excellent coach. She makes coming to the class each day, so worthwhile. Mike and Kasandra give us variety and challenge me every day. I highly recommend coming to FBBC.
I have never ever been a successful gym person, and I very randomly saw an Instagram ad for Fit Body, which led to me joining. I really enjoy it. The vibe is good, any experience level is welcome, and 30 minutes is a perfect amount of class time. And I always leave tired, sweaty and exhilarated. The coaches are all unique and very helpfully focused on form. So glad I joined!
I joined Fit Body Boot Camp FBBC on a whim 8 years ago and haven’t looked back! From the very first class, I was welcomed, encouraged, and supported in whatever health goals I set for myself. The owners and trainers are inspiring, energetic, and knowledgeable which creates a fun and safe space to workout. Along with the trainers, the scheduled class format has helped me stay accountable and show up for myself. The facilities are well maintained with an assortment for workout equipment and access to clean showers and change rooms, which provides more proof that client needs are a priority. Lastly, I can not express how grateful I am to the FBBC team for how they managed during the height of the pandemic. Not only did they figure out how to provide recorded online workouts, real-time Zoom workouts, and social distancing workouts, they kept the line of communication open keeping us updated on any new protocols or restrictions that could affect our experience. I can not imagine that any of that was easy to tackle but the FBBC team did it and made it look seamless. Honestly, 10/10 would recommend!
I first started going to FBBC over 8 years ago, and have always enjoyed it but new owners fall of 2018 have really upped the experience. After 2 years away, I'm back, love/hating the great 35 minute workouts. A supportive and fun environment. Love it!
Joined because my gym routine was getting repetitive and I was in need of something to bring some fun and excitement into my fitness routine again. Fit body boot camp did JUST the trick, every class is always different and gets you to push yourself to do your absolute best and get the most out of your 35 minute workout. I feel stronger and more in shape after each class and the endorphin rush is nothing like I’ve ever felt with my own workouts. It’s definitely a team atmosphere because you get to know the trainers and members personally making for a very comfortable, goal oriented, encouraging environment. Already feeling and seeing a change 2 weeks in. Love it, Highly recommend!! :
My son and I have been attending Fitbody for a number of years now. Their instructors are thorough with workouts and the entire team is very flexible, helpful and encouraging.
I've been going to Fit Body for just over 5 weeks now, AND I LOVE IT! Totally addicted to going. The instructors are great, very encouraging and motivating, without being pushy or negative. I love the variety if classes, as workouts change daily. I was never a morning person, but I find my 30 minutes in the morning before work to be my wake up call! I'm more energetic and ready to tackle the day. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and are ready and willing to help you meet your goals. I have very little time in a day, and I feel I get a great workout in the 30 minutes I'm there. I highly recommend checking it out!
