I've been to a few of Erika M's classes now and all I can say is WOW! Such a killer workout, awesome music and an inspiring presence / vibe! Will absolutely be going back to her classes because I can never get enough!
I came to my first spin class here last night and the entire experience was great! When you first walk in, the studio smells lovely. I love the openness and it was very clean, and the water/snack bar is a nice touch. The girls are helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!
Best Cycling studio in the city! Premium boutique fitness with a focus on community and owned by a local Edmonton family. You will not be disappointed!
