Good gym for essc hockey, little warm during the summer but clean and in good condition.
I only use the gymnasium here, but they need to do something about the temperature. It's always incredibly hot! Hard to play florr hockey when you feel like you're in a desert! Friendly staff and clean facility.
Very friendly and community oriented place . It is a very quite and small place yet offers all the excercise options you can think of.
This little neighborhood gym won't wow you coming through the door but it has charm and they're doing their best. The brand new court floor is the most grippy I've experienced making it fantastic for running and jumping but not great for volleyball digs. The volleyball nets are unorthodox and require special attention to set up.
The staff make this place what it is. They are friendly and know most people by name. Andrew manager and the ladies behind the counter are kind and give this community center a small town feel. 10/10
Great place to play floor hockey, they even rent out their gym for private groups. Gets incredibly hot though could use better ventilation.
Friendly people and reasonable cost.
Warm and friendly community fitness center in Westmount neighborhood. Group classes are offered here including Zumba and circuit training. There is also a kettlebell class! For all ages and fitness levels, this facility is great!
Its an older gym but still has all the machines you would need. It has an interesting lay out but it is never very busy.
