Ok, first off, the the website is completely useless, if something is “in stock” you have to call because more often than not it’s NOT in stock, which leads me to my second point, calling toysrus and asking if something is in stock is akin to asking them to go to the moon and retrieve a moon rock for you..I knew this from last experiences and decided to have a little fun with my wife who was with me, I called today to ask if something was In stock, called from my car, I was downtown, i told my wife that by the time we get an answer we will probably be pulling into their parking lot (in Vaudreuil!!), we were headed that way anyways..sure enough after being left on hold various times and mass confusion about the 6 digit sku no one seemed to remember, by the time we got our answer (not in stock) we were passing château Vaudreuil on the 40!..28 minutes on the phone...at 10am no less. Is it any wonder toysrus files for bankruptcy, Ended up ordering it from Amazon will Arrive in 2 days!

Pricy as expected and didn't have what I needed on several occasions ex: baby foam mattresses, a few of the baby swing models we were looking for that they carry.

I'd like to warn anyone buying video game cards. Some of the service people don t know what they are talking about. Well meaning but when they make a mistake the managers try and avoid paying any refunds. To the point where they will lie. If a sales clerk is poorly trained and provides the customer with inaccurate information then the store should assume responsibility. I would warn anyone to investigate the stores refund policy before spending a dime in this mad house. Play Station cards are bought in bulk by Toys R Us from Sony. Neither will offer a refund if there is a problem with the card. I had to hit a star to post this. They don t deserve one in my books. These stores are all very similar. I prefer to buy online more and more these days. I think you get treated better.
