Confirmed it was in stock in both their store and competition staples. Both online and in store. Confirmed it wasn’t a liquidation or special deal, limited quantity. Okay, it’s good to know others are experiencing the same in salesmanship. All the young folks were hanging out in the back why is the cash in the back of the store, such bad design. 3 guys saw me walking from aisle to aisle looking for a Apple charger and didn’t approach me when finally one did. When I asked if he had other MacBook chargers I was looking for 67W, without even waiting a beat or asking any further questions, “which one are you looking for?” He just says “that’s all we have” so I make the extra effort to explain what I’m looking for, then I ask “well, would another Best Buy have it?” Do you have anything else to do right now sir? Not going to get into the rest of our conversation, but looking around, the older sales people were on the floor making REAL conversations with the customers and doing their job. Stop hiring young people who don’t want to work. Or please stop the ageism and hire older people who work and pay them well. Why even bother buying in person? It’s called customer service for a reason. If it’s self-serve, just tell us that when we walk in and give customers a discount. Ridiculous.nnThe man at the cash didn’t even tell me the total of my purchase; just goes “it’s all yours” to tap my card. Again, make it self-serve. Would rather no human interaction.
I don’t want to even give one star. This location deserves -10 points in ratings. Every time I come to this store to buy something there is nobody to help and give a service . We have to wait for hours to see a sales person. Today, again same thing happened I see all the store by myself to get a memory card and i couldn’t find anywhere . It was just i want to know where are they and give me one and that’s it . There were just two person to help and they were just going around here and there. I was looking at their faces to help me but nobody care. Again , today i am leaving the store without buying anything. Plus I wasted my 30 minutes. This is the same thing 4th time . I am never coming in this store again. Very bad service and bad behaviour always , rude and unprofessional.
Absolutely horrified and stressed. Do not shop here. Andre in laptops smiled and lied to me about everything. What Geeksquad would and could do to recover data from crashed laptop. When technician would come to my house. Sent technician with wrong laptop that he actually set up for me and I only realized it was wrong one once he had left and I jumped on. Andre said Microsoft suite already on laptop. Nope. Tech came here 3 times today and now back tomorrow to reverse the sheer stupidity of these idiots. Beyond pissed off.
My elderly mother went there and got great service. Salesman knew what he was talking about and gave good advice. Would recommend to anyone.
