Unfortunately the service is not good. Very very slow delivery more than 6 weeks; wrong version of the ebike received! I had to return the bike to a dealer at my expense. Received the correct version of bike 3 weeks later, damaged because in a packagingall destroyed by the carrier.

Nice store with a ton of selection. Ask to deal with Phil Ruck the manager, he is excellent and understands customer service. I bought an electric dirt bike and had a warranty issue and Phil handled it quickly for me. Great service.

I'm in Winnipeg and ordered online the x35 250cc dirtbike. Online response time was under 12 hrs anytime I had a question. Was delivered to my door crated. Some assembly required. I have no mechanical/motor experience and I put it together in a couple hours. Will make a great fishing bike once the season opens. Fast customer service and easy to deal with on the phone or through instant messaging these guys are great! I Highly recommend them.

I bought the three wheeler electric mobility scooter on December ninth. My husband and I both need it. Unfortunately, after two accidents we realized the left rear wheel seized up when we touch the brake. I swerved into the traffic when I tried to slow down to get past the crosswalk dip in the sidewalk. Luckily the light was red, or I would have been seriously injured or worse. This was at the corner of Southland Drive and Bonaventure drive. I though it was me and that I just wasn't used to it yet. Then my husband was coming back from the clinic. There the sidewalk slopes down towards the right, away from the brick wall, but when he slowed down, the scooter again swerved to the left, right into the brick wall. There was minor damage to the scooter, and paramedics treated his injuries to his arm, knee and hand. I tried time after time to call them, left numerous voice mails, and emails. No response whatsoever. I have now sent the emails and the photos of the injuries to the Better Business Bureau, to the Consumer Protection site, and to the credit card company who may or may not reverse the $2000 plus charge.

Only dealt with the parts side of things, but they have been absolutely phenomenal. The staff are over the top with how helpful they are, and they have random parts that no one else seems to. Knowledgeable about many brands, they've been instrumental in helping me get a recent purchase of a go kart running. The prices were better than anywhere else, without the wait of shipping. Cannot say enough good things about this business.

I have ordered twice from this place to buy parts for my husband’s dirtbike and both times have been an absolute pleasure. The service is excellent! I want to publicly thank the sales guy there I am sorry for not remembering his name for all his patience and help. I will definitely keep buying from you guys and 100% recommend this place.

I am very happy with the service and my purchase of my Surface 604 shred ebike. I received almost instant approval on financing. Got a very good deal on the bike without even asking. Unfortunately there was an issue with the bike, I emailed them, they responded the same day, I brought it back to them and they had it fixed and ready in 1 and a half days and it works perfectly now.

I had an amazing experience. I told them exactly what I wanted an ebike for and they found one perfect for me! They gave me a choice between a $1500 model and a $2000 price varies with speed a voltage. I only give 4 stars because I think the employee could know more about ebike in general instead of just what they have. I will definitely be coming back!

I bought two e-scooters from these guys when I could have gone elsewhere and I have a minor issue with each unit. I have sent a few emails to them, but they can't be bothered to answer them. I attended the store and told them about it. They said they would look into it and I still haven't heard from them a week later. The scooters are decent enough, but the customer service is sorely lacking. Thanks guys, I'm so happy I chose you instead of your competition.
