Jiffy Lube Quebec - Ste-Thérèse

I went here to have my oil changed on my BMW, my car was running perfectly fine before I went here and get my oil changed... During the oil change two young men Marc who worked on my car and another guy were struggling as if they did not know what they were doing. I asked them various times if they were okay and they said yes. The other mechanic who was draining the oil started saying I had a leak on my gasket. Which is highly unlikely as a few weeks back I had work done on my car and replaced my valve covers and acceleration regulator on my car as well as a full inspection at the BMW dealership. They were trying to get me to spend extra money for nothing. Shortly after leaving the garage my check engine light went on followed by a burning smell of oil. I then pulled over and opened my hood I saw that the mechanic did not even seal my oil filter cap and oil was LEAKING EVERYWHERE. I have never seen a garage so unprofessional and dumb as this one. For the price that I payed which is super expensive I should have went to BMW and had it done there which I definitely will from now on. I was lucky my engine did not blow up! I highly recommend everyone stay far away from this garage. Sadly I am unable to give 0 stars! If I could I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

They charge 100$ for Synthetic oil and only guarantee that for 6000km ... I left and went to change the oil somewhere else. i've been changing oil for years now in Montreal and it's always guaranteed between 8000-10000km and it cost me between 65-80$

Very expensive. Honda Fit: $95 oil and filter. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Their excuse: "it's synthetic!". Of course it's synthetic. 0W20 is ONLY available in full synthetic. If you can buy 4.73 of very high quality Mobil 1 Extended performance on sale for $36 and a filter for $14 again: high quality, then with Jiffy Lube's buying power and they're putting in what they buy in massive bulk purchases, same with filters then their service is way over priced. The Fit only takes 3.3L of oil to begin with!. Plan it better and go to an independent garage. Even bring your own oil ask the garage. Jiffy Lube is an absolute rip off. And, yes, they pushed an air filter refused.

They dont even change your oil if you have your own oil from pennzoil. After reading the reviews I am glad they refused. I went directly to pennzoil in laval and I had a super service. I definitely wont return or recommend Jiffy ste-Therese.
