Demarreur Expert

My experience was bad with these guys especially the mechanics side of it. My initial problem was with my front tires being used on the edge basically the metal showed up which means they are gone to garbage so the guy assessed the issue to a bad suspension and per him 4 shocks were needed + link kits as well he changed the ball joints in front..... went over there 3 times to fix my car ended up paying around 2.3k to get my car fixed and guess what nothing got fixed and i ended up with front broken tires again and these tires were the brand new ones till the costco guy advised me when changing the oil that an alignment should have been done and he was shocked that the mechanic never brought up the alignment part after all the changes he made to the suspension and that the mechanic owes me 2 new tires...... Went Back to that garage spoke with them as well their boss he doesn't want to admit the huge mistake and they were like I should have done that automatically as if I was the professional not them like seriously.... why am i going to your garage for advice and repair if I am supposed to know what needs to be done after all the changes you made.....BOTTOM LINE: Customer experience is 0 add to that I still hear noises coming from all around....worst mechanic ever i dealt with ....thief he is basically 1 of those that rips you off 1 time and the he doesn't give a sh*** about you. Don't go there highly not recommended : 0 IN TERMS OF PROFESSIONALISM!!!! 0 CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!!! If I CAN GIVE half Star I would have done it.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ! Nous avons du payer le concessionnaire afin de réparer les dégâts causés par l'installateur! Le concessionnaire à confirmé que le démarreur avait été posé par un débutant avec aucune connaissance. Après deux batterie brûlées, un starter, une remorqueuse, avec plus de 600$ de dépenses pour un démarreur qui marchait une fois sur deux, nous avons du l'enlever. Démarreur Expert le nom est très mal choisi!
