I do come here regularly for some items. However, I find there is such a lack of communication from the staff and I am always given more than what I ask. If I ask for a pound of liver I will get 1.5 - 1.7 lbs. If I ask for beef liver, they will give me veal, even if they have beef. Once they were out of the regular liver that was 4.99 and i see I am charged 12.99/lb, and there was zero communication that this was a different type. I didn't even like it as it was too soft and I ended up throwing it out. The communication from counter staff is poor and they are always upselling the meat. I do not mind getting a bit over what I asked, but not 0.5 - 1 lb when I asked for 1 lb.
Great service, very clean establishment and very helpful staff. I always go here for my shopping and they never disappoint. Highly recommended. They sell the best meat in town.
Delicious selection of meats! Anytime I'm in Toronto I make a stop here. And they even help boost my pickup truck when my battery died on it. Highly recommended!
