Dr might be JUST OK. their in-house allergist offers no insight. Looks like he didn't do any additional reading in school. The receptionists have so much attitude. Also, they don't pick up the calls in first come and first serve manner. Not worth the hassle. The nurse who weighs and measures the babies is the only light in this place.
I have no complaints about the Dr's that my children see at this clinic, they're great. In the last 5 years, this clinics front desk situation has deteriorated to a point where I dread having to call them/book an appointment.n1. If you try to book online, they take so long to confirm the appointment, that the date is no longer available by the time they get to it.n2. They have some kind of answering service now. The guy had no idea what he's doing at all. I called because I had a missed call from the office and he told me he didn't know why they called and to wait for someone to call me back. On top of that he answered the phone while in a car that's got to be some kind of privacy issue. I could hear honking and the chime that doors make when they stay open. I've had another one rush me off the phone after trying to rebook an appointment they took to long to confirm and told me to just take my child to the walk in as if that's how the walk in works.n3. There is no email to send my concerns directly to the office manager which is why it's getting posted here.nnThis office used to be great.
3 visits, each one worse than the previous one. Truly a testament to how desperate the parents are that we are still going to this terrible place.nnTo give you an idea of how bad it is, we live 5 minutes drive from this place and are now switching to a downtown doctor which would increase our commute time to 45 mins. Still worth it.
Finally got an appointment regarding ultrasound report done months ago, scheduled to be called in at 1pm and then postponed to 3pm and then eventually called in at 4:10pm. Had to cancel all the meetings at work and wasted the whole afternoon just to wait for this phone call. Be mindful to the appointment as the doctors always be late and there is lack of communications between doctors and front desk.
I don’t have complaint about doctors, it is about clinic and receptionists who are working there, never answer and each time they put you on the hold and never come back!!! It is the clinic for kids , they should be more responsible, first time I had question from doctor they never answered,second time I should book my next appointment maybe more than 3 hours in different days I called but they just hold you !!! My doctor said yes they know that and they try to fix it! But nothing changed! It is not professional for medical clinic and stressful for parents ,if it goes like this we should change our doctor.
