Every time I have come here it has been so pleasant. I came here for my 7 week ultrasound and also 18 weeks for my anatomy scan. The technician said she’s a student. However, she is so so professional, sweet, kind and a lovely soul. She has always made me feel so comfortable. She’s perfect for this field and is absolutely amazing at her job! The receptionists also have been super kind. My wait time has never been long, and all appointments efficient. Love this location and i would recommend.
This was my first time getting an ultrasound here. I've previously gotten one done at a different clinic, and it was extremely traumatizing. I was shamed and the technician was extremely aggressive and mean. When I finished my first internal ultrasound, I felt violated and cried when I left.nnI wanted to try this clinic because of all the positive reviews. The clinic was clean, receptionist was really nice and welcoming, and there was little to no wait time. The technician was so sweet and gentle. She checked up on me while doing the external and internal ultrasound, explained everything, and I felt safe. I want to cry from the kindness I received. I highly, highly recommend coming here!
I have only positive things to say about this place. I have visited this MyHealth location many times during my pregnancy covid time, as well as for regular ultrasound and xrays. I went there yesterday for an ultrasound. They have consistently provided quality customer services. The receptionists are always friendly. Wait time is very reasonable. The technicians i have had at least 4-5 different ones over the years, they are all amazing. They are so kind, considerate, respectful, and professional. I cannot ask for better service and care that can be provided at an imaging centre. I always booked this location and will continue to do so.
This clinic was exceptionally run! I got to my appointment a bit early and was taken in almost right away! The technician knew I had been holding my bladder and got that first part of my ultrasound done quickly so I could use the washroom! My technicians name was Inna and she was SO lovely and explained everything to me. A very pleasant experience to say the least! I left my appointment 3 minutes after it was scheduled for! Thank you Inna and the staff at the Thornhill location
Excellent experience. Staff were very helpful and lady operating the machine let me know step by step what to expect. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
