Does libraries quite cute there's a lot of places to work and it's shaped like a saucer and there's a lot of free parking at the small streets nearby just a pretty good vibes overall
This is a great library I’ve been going to for years. They offer so many extras including preschool activities and after school, school age programs. The bottom floor is dedicated to children with a decent amount of French books for children learning French. YA section is solid. Staff are friendly and it has a great vibe. A great neighbourhood library.
I came to this library with my mom group. I always love exploring new libraries and I’d say this was a gem!nnThey have a sensory room that you have to book in advance so I didn’t get to try it.nnBut the space itself is big. They have stroller access, parking, elevators and snack/vending machines. My son had a great time running around and playing with the busy boards.nnA plus, they have free female products in the bathroom!
Always a great library, as far back as the Borough of East York days half a century ago. A number of years ago the building was expanded and renovated, which has supported their program delivery. Co-operative staff, large on-shelf holdings with good selection, a strong emphasis on children's literature and literacy. This is what a local library branch should look like. Highly recommended
Amazing children's area in this library, lots of interesting wooden fixtures to explore, area for louder younger kids and their caregivers, a giant toy rocket to play in. A colouring area. Great books, obviously. A great place to inspire a love for reading very young.
