I just went into the library to print some documents something I have never done before. I was immediately greeted by Lisa, an extremely kind and helpful librarian who walked me through the process, and helped me with every step. I appreciated her patience, and her positive manner. I also noticed the lovely way that she treated everyone that she interacted with while I was in the branch. Thank you Lisa for making our world a happier place. You are very appreciated.
I have to admit, I've not been into a public library since high school. Having lived in Guildwood for a number for years, I rediscovered the public library here. I'm very impressed with our branch. The staff are amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. The branch is also very clean and inviting. I would recommend to anyone looking to find a good neighbourhood library, this one is a true gem.
I love my neighborhood library. I'm a senior who loves books & I'm there around four days a week. The staff are amazing, friendly & all so helpful. The facility is immaculately clean. Lots of teenagers & they are very respectful & amazingly quiet when in the library.

I've been to the library a couple of times and I loved the ambience and welcoming environment. The staff is well behaved and friendly. They've helped me set up my library card and guided me on how to use different facilities at the library. You can find some bestselling books to read here. You can also request for books on the TPL website and pick them up from the library. The bathrooms are big and clean; really helpful when you decide to spend more time reading here. You have a general seating area, a computer area, and my favorite bench areas. Bring your laptop or books and sit at the bench area if you want a charging point nearby.
