Quiet place, with a friendly, kind, helpful staff.
Not a good place to read/study. Noisier than downtown streets.
Pretty decent branch although its probably one of the smallest. Convenient location for serving the junior high school across the street, used to go here for working on group projects and what not when I was still in pleasant view. Wish there was more computers and desks, but I think that's more limited by the building and can't be fixed in the short term. Decent wifi service if I can recall. Lots of windows near the reading areas and great scenery too.
This branch is closed for browsing due to covid 19. Although this is true it is open for curbside drop off. there's a great hill across the way where you can keep track of the comings and goings. I always see a lot of the same people, and it seems like a popular location to sit outside and smoke cigarettes. Furthermore, it is a deluxe spot to people watch as you can peer over to the community centre and see the staff horsing around and slacking off. I notice 78% of people use face masks and coverings. The rest go nude.
It is a small and cozy place for reading. Convenient to home for picking up reserved items. Just don't go there afterschool time.
I'm give this location a 0 Employers are very unprofessional Rude as hell and the library is supposed to be a quiet place to study and it is so loud with the kids and teenagers playing games and yelling ... I'm here to study and have quiet time with my kids to enjoy quiet reading time I've asked for the workers lady in purple hair and blonde/ brown hair girl to get the kids to be quiet ..But thstvwas useless Very bad place to I'll be going else were agincourt or Fairview were there is no nonsense
I went today to the library with my husband to ask if I could take out the same film I had borrowed as I did not manage to watch it. When I was there, I went up to a skinny Asian lady with glasses, who had her hair tied up. Now this lady must be new. I asked her take it out again and she tells me no she has to put on the trolley so that other people can have a chance. I said to her, but that would not make sense if i am asking for it. It would save her time for me asking her if I could look at the films on the trolley and pick the same film that I asked her to take out again when she could have just checked it in and then checked it out for me when she had the film in her hands. She then says that she cannot do that. Now, how stupid is that! I asked her for the film again and she refuses to give it to me because she has to put it on the trolley. Well, I did not see anyone else interested in the film. She is already acting as if she is the manager of the library when she only started this year. She obviously does not have any customer service skills and is absolutely rude. I do not understand how she is working in a library with that stinking attitude. She should be fired. I'm sure if this was someone else, she will let them have the film without her putting it on the trolley.
Fairly unremarkable neighborhood branch, except for the bank of study spaces equipped with chargers. Can be rather loud due to kids, woe upon those with no headphones.
Small library next to a community centre undergoing construction. Situated near sparse detached housing and no significant commercial activity nearby, this is a perfect place to have nobody find you.
Very noisy library. Always cold during winters and hot during summers. Terrible air conditioner. In total 30 seats plus 10 computer.
