Great to deal with and hard to beat the prices on true Honda parts. Parts were delivered quickly and before estimated date,once they received my parts which were on back order which of course wasn't their fault. I will purchase from them again.

It was my first time buying a car and you can just imagine the stress and anxiety I was going through. My boyfriend got his first car here and he is overjoyed with his experience at Toronto Honda, especially with sales agent Peter Wang. Peter provided excellent customer service by responding immediately to any of my inquiries and maintaining patience and kindness at all times. Peter first provided us with a helpful list of available car options to get us started. He was very patient and answered all our questions to help us decide on one car. He then guided us through the financial process and made it stress free and easy to finalize a financing contract that was perfect for us. The car we ended up financing is amazing and we're so happy. Peter is very enthusiastic and responds very quickly and professionally to provide ease of mind. I would also like to acknowledge the hard work financial manager Krishnesh put into our financing application process, he was very caring and worked extremely hard to get us to where we needed to be. I highly recommended this dealership, best service!

Alvin Chow is the best of staffs working in Toronto Honda I never met. He was responsible to sale a new car 2023 CRV for me and tried to make more benefit and convenience for me from the buyer's perspective. He did more than his work duty such that he will keep following up my issues even after sales and he will give me a lot of advise how to deal with the car's issue. He is really taking care of his customer with deep passion and he tried what he could do for his customer. He did exceed my expectation even it is too hard to deal with financial manager. He was well trained at his job and this was evident as he guided us through the long line of cars available there. I must accept that this was certainly my best car purchasing experience.
