Great to deal with and hard to beat the prices on true Honda parts. Parts were delivered quickly and before estimated date,once they received my parts which were on back order which of course wasn't their fault. I will purchase from them again.
Roger was recommended by a friend of mine, who just recently bought a car from here. Roger was really accommodating, who’s willing to answer any questions we could ask. He was patient and approachable - willing to explain every single detail that we should know when purchasing a car. Jenny and Roger made sure that we are getting the best deal we could have. It was my first time buying a car and you can just imagine the stress and anxiety I was going through. I went from dealership to dealership and talked to bunch of salesperson to find the perfect car for me. I am so glad and so happy that my brother recommended me Honda Toronto. A big shout out to Roger, he helped me throughout the process and his service was above and beyond. He always made sure I was taken care of and he was transparent and very friendly. He made the experience easy and light for me and it has been almost a month since I got my car, and I have no regrets of this purchase. A huge thank you as well to Jenny from the finance department! She was very accommodating, understanding and not pushy. I felt comfortable and confident dealing with her. I felt like she's always after my best interest : Thank you Toronto Honda! I will for sure come back for my next car upgrade.
My boyfriend got his first car here and he is overjoyed with his experience at Toronto Honda, especially with sales agent Peter Wang. Peter provided excellent customer service by responding immediately to any of my inquiries and maintaining patience and kindness at all times. Peter first provided us with a helpful list of available car options to get us started. He was very patient and answered all our questions to help us decide on one car. He then guided us through the financial process and made it stress free and easy to finalize a financing contract that was perfect for us. The car we ended up financing is amazing and we're so happy. Peter is very enthusiastic and responds very quickly and professionally to provide ease of mind. I would also like to acknowledge the hard work financial manager Krishnesh put into our financing application process, he was very caring and worked extremely hard to get us to where we needed to be. I highly recommended this dealership, best service!

Alvin Chow is the best of staffs working in Toronto Honda I never met. He was responsible to sale a new car 2023 CRV for me and tried to make more benefit and convenience for me from the buyer's perspective. He did more than his work duty such that he will keep following up my issues even after sales and he will give me a lot of advise how to deal with the car's issue. He is really taking care of his customer with deep passion and he tried what he could do for his customer. He did exceed my expectation even it is too hard to deal with financial manager. His prompt response and service is number 1 since he is fully responsible and hard working with no doubt. If you tried to work with him, you will experience what I said here.
We are greeted immediately by Mr. Roger De Leon at the reception. He made sure that we felt comfortable at the dealership as he took the pains to show us around. He was well trained at his job and this was evident as he guided us through the long line of cars available there. I must accept that this was certainly my best car purchasing experience. The car salesman was patient enough to not only educate us about the pros and cons of each car. He was also very helpful in answering every question we had. These days, car salesman are merely concerned with making money but a salesman like Mr. Roger delivers on his promise of offering incredible service. We will definitely be coming back over the years thanks to our pleasant experience!
