Couldn't be happier with my experience at BMW Toronto! As a first time BMW buyer I had a lot of questions and Scott Shadbolt was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and took care of everything from start to finish. He not only does sales but he takes care of financing and insurance so I wasn't passed around to others. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and validated my decision to make the switch to a BMW. BMW TORONTO provides the best car shopping and purchase experience. Luke Cooper is our Sales Consultant and he’s been the finest guy you could deal with. We’ve had a couple meetings to test drive and negotiate a deal and he’s been excellent patient, good natured and considerate. We did well on our trade in. In fact better than expected. We bought our car on the BMW Canada Certified Pre-Owned program. It’s beautiful. Kevin Liu is an excellent Business Managed to deal with when it comes to warranty and financing. When it was time to pick up the car Luke presented the car to us inside on the 3rd floor in their offices with a big red bow. It doesn’t get better than that. They really made us feel special and important. BMW Toronto is low pressure and interested in your happiness and satisfaction. They aren’t about pressure. They are all great people to deal with. Highly recommend

I was in the market for another vehicle after mine was in an accident. I called BMW Toronto as they had the m340i I was looking at online. Scott Shadbolt was the sales consultant u spoke with. He quickly set me up with test drive as soon as I arrived and give me details about the vehicle. Answered all of my questions easily. When I decided to purchase the car the process was hassle free and Scott went above and beyond to fix any issues I had. I've had a great first experience with the Service Manager and work done on my 2018 330ix MSport. This is my first step into a luxury car and it was "new to me" I was weary having been told to be prepared to pay a lot on the cost of maintenance and repairs. None the less the car was beautiful, very low KMs and just needed new brake pads. A fellow BMW owner and neighbour highly recommended BMW Toronto service. It was a breeze. Booked the appt online, had a 55 pt inspection, brakes repaired, video call with the technician working on the car and reviewed areas to keep in mind down the road tire change, etc. That inspection came with 1 yr roadside. It's a bonus since I have CAA but nice for those who might not. Then the call.. the car is ready. I had a free Uber home and then back to pick up the car. It was nicely washed and came in about 18% UNDER the original quote. This has never happened to me in all my 25+ years of car ownership. I do understand parts for these vehicles cost more than the domestic car I had before, but the performance is much better including having one of the best braking performances. The safety and sense of security I get from my BMW is far greater than the Ford. I had a follow up question a few months later had the service done in Nov. Sent and email to the Service Manager that helped me and got a timely response and he answered all of my questions. I want to add, I did not purchase this car from them. So there was no prior relationship. Just a random appointment booked online by me for my new to me car that came from Ottawa. Thanks BMW Toronto. See you next service call.

I am back to BMW Toronto sooner than I expected! I bought a BMW X5 35D from Scott Shadbolt about 6 months ago and it was the smoothest and most professional experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, when I was bringing in the car for a service the new BMW X6 caught my eyes and I immediately contacted Scott and asked him to keep an eye out for me incase something does arrive in the preowned, he emailed me back within 5 minutes and told me he has a BMW X6 M50i that showed up recently and he thinks it would be perfect for me, he wasn’t pushy at all as usual and offered me to come in and try it! Once I did I fell in love with it and Scott being Scott made the purchase smooth like butter, within 6 hours of writing up the deal, Scot being in his unique role in BMW helped me seal the deal! I cannot thank him enough but hopefully I don’t see him anytime soon to trade this in haha!

The buying experience was seamless with Luke Cooper. He was very professional, honest and reliable throughout the process. Picked up the car in very good condition as promised and he took the time to show all the details of the car. After having bad experiences at other dealerships, this was a definite relief.
