Our experience with Lexus On the Park has been fantastic. We couldn't find a suitable vehicle around Ottawa, so we expanded our search across all Ontario and Lexus On the Park had some of the best deals. We found an amazing 2018 RX350 with the Executive package at a much lower price than pretty much everywhere else. And being a Lexus certified vehicle, we know it is in top condition for peace of mind. The purchase process was all done remotely. The whole team was extremely polite and helpful. Stephen De Silva, Sherriann Raynor and Kathryn McKenzie were very quick to provide detailed answers to all our questions through emails, texts and phone calls. It was very effective. After that I just had to show up to pick up the vehicle. Everything was ready upon my arrival. Christine Nam spent time to do a proper vehicle demonstration. We went through all the functionalities together. She was really great at explaining everything clearly and concisely. She even helped me paired my phone to the vehicle and made sure that everything was setup to my liking. Overall the entire process couldn’t have been better. The drive back to Ottawa on a sunny Saturday afternoon was awesome. We will definitely start with Lexus On the Park at our next vehicle purchase.

Had such an amazing experience at Lexus On The Park! Tom Homewood was my sales rep and he made me feel comfortable, let me take my time, and answered any questions I had. I told him what I was looking for and he found me my perfect car!!! Everything I wanted. He made the process smooth from finish to the end. I am so happy I came here for my first car. I bought a pre-owned and Tom and the staff treated me so special I felt like I was buying a brand new car lollll! Anyways beautiful facility. Through this review I want to show my absolute appreciation and gratitude to Robby and the whole team in Lexus On The Park. I was looking to upgrade my 2019 Rav4 so Me and my Grandson browsed a number of showrooms across toronto. However, nothing matched the positive energy and salesmanship that exists in Lexus On The Park… especially salesman Robby who did an excellent job to show us a number or cars and explain every key element to us. We were served with his smile and optimism. Robby took his time and worked everything out with us. We were extremely satisfied for the service we received from Robby and decided to go forward with the 2022 RX350. As mentioned before, the service, energy and atmosphere in Lexus on the Park is unbeatable… and Hopefully we will keep coming back to you guys. God bless us all.

This is the 5th time I have purchased or helped a family member purchase a vehicle through Lexus on the Park. Peter Da'Costa is my go to salesperson as he knows what I tend to look for in a new or used car and that helps to cut down on the time wasted sorting through cars that just don't fit. In this case I was helping a family member find a reliable SUV that had low mileage, excellent comfort and safety and also incorporated a good mix of technology and options. Once we settled on a 2018 VW Tiguan, we test drove it and Lexus on the Park did a great job of detailing the car, having a Delivery Specialist make sure we were comfortable with all the features and had it ready to drive off the lot just a day later. Have purchased 2022 NX 350 AWD from them. Sales person Catherine have precisely explained the car details and her support towards the purchase journey was excellent, she made it easy for us. Thank you so much, Catherine. 24 May 2022- Story after purchasing the car: Had 1600km check in service with lexusonthepark, they wash the car damn nice.lol. after washing they won't even conduct any vehicle walk-around. I had 3m tape on the hood. To the service guys, please do check before delivering. Godspeed.

I recently bought a second Lexus from this dealership, and would recommend the dealership highly, Alex the sales rep was very patient with showing me more than one model of vehicle, and taking me for test drives. He also explained the differences in vehicles I was considering, and in costs of leasing versus owning etc. Long and short of it, I ended up buying a vehicle that I am really enjoying.

If you have never experienced excellence in customer service then you must buy your next vehicle at Lexus on the Park. I found their customer service second to none. They work as a team of professionals dedicated to the vehicle purchase experience. My first contact and sales associate was Fadi. I have owned several Lexus cars since 1996. I was looking for a smaller car than my LS460L and thought I would like a sporty IS. Fadi politely pointed out than I am a big man and would find the car too small, regardless he brought one up from inventory and asked me to try it out. He was right! I did not fit comfortably. He suggested an ES mid size sedan. I looked at one and was not thrilled. He suggested that he call me when he got a car that he thought would be what I was looking for. One day later, he called me and wanted me see a GS. I had told him my budget and worked within my budget to find me a perfect car. I test drove the car and negotiated a purchase price and some detailing the car needed. I won't disclose what was involved but there was significant value to me. Next step was meeting with Andrew who did up the paperwork and offered additional purchase options, warranties and services. A couple a days later I picked up my pristine pre-owned car and their product specialist took me for a tour of the car and all its features. Christine even set up my radio preferences, connected my phone and ensured I was comfortable in my driver seat after making adjustments. I found the team there of high integrity, looking to satisfy customer needs and not just looking to make a quick sale. Lexus on the Park associates exceeded my expectations.
