If I had the chance I’ll give them 100 stars for their service. An excellent customer service from a 360* standpoint. Nova, an outstanding sales rep who was very responsive during the whole process and sharing his passion and knowledge to give us the best experience possible. Glenn, the manager who always ensured that everything went flawless. And Tonya from the finance department giving the best advices to submit our application and protection recommendations. I’m more than happy with my purchase and I totally vouch for this team! Keep it up guys!
I am so happy with my experience at Downtown Hyundai. I had the opportunity to work with Alex and I am so lucky I did. I met Alex about a year ago in passing, but didn't have a specific plan to buy/lease a car at that time. I actually later went to a dealer closer to home and put my name on a list for a 2023 Tucson. That dealership though was challenging to work with, I felt. Alex messaged me out of the blue and said he had a car available. I was amazed, I hadn't even spoke to Alex in a year! He helped me quickly get my incredible new car. I am SO grateful for Alex being so diligent and keeping everyone he meets on his own personal list of contacts. Without this, I would still be waiting for a car! Alex was professional, easy to communicate with, and engaged. THANK YOU ALEX!
I finally picked up my lease car, which is my first car in my life. I had a wonderful experience with Alex who is really nice and gentleman. Even though he works at Hyundai, his response is faster than Ferrari. I appreciate it for good service. I will keep driving safetly.

Leaving the review for service quality, as it is unpleasant. After the first scheduled visit I have got more problems than I had before: 1. They found and patched a nail in a tire for $70, so now I have to pump it after every ride. 2. Now the fuel economy monitor shows me fuel consumption on Queen st, downtown Toronto 4-7.4km/l in winter weather where it was 12, even in summer weather without AC it was 10. For #2 visited them again, spent half of the day there, nothing was found. They claim to do a test drive, as you can see on the photos attached, the mileage before and after the service is the same. You get a complimentary car wash, which is only on paper, both times my car stayed dirty. When I told all of this to service people, they asked me to book an appointment again. Very disappointed.
We just purchased our first vehicle from Downtown Hyundai, and the experience from sales to final purchase was exceptional. On the sales side, Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with. We really loved his energy and positive attitude during the entire process. Even though he had a full schedule when I called in to book a test drive, he still made time for us. Also want to give a shoutout to Nayanika, another sales representative at the dealership. While Alex was wrapping up with another customer, she made herself available, and answered any questions we had even though this wasn’t her sale. The financing process was a breeze. Ronak was completely transparent about the fees, and helped us pick the best options based on our situation. This is usually the worst part of the process in my experience, but Ronak never pressured us to make a decision. We were given all the time we needed to go and compare quotes, and mull it over with our accountant. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this dealership. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and purchase!
5 stars for customer service!! I visited 5 dealerships when looking for my car and Downtown Hyundai stood out from the crowd. Paul Vella was attentive, informative, friendly and reliable. I trusted that he was going to help me find the best car for me and he did. He really took his time and asked all the right questions. Tonya Thompson was friendly and helpful. She walked me through the financial side of my purchase and gave me very thoughtful advice. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a fabulous experience.
Wonderful experience at Downtown Hyundai with regard to the pre-order and delivery of our 2023 Palisade Urban. The two individuals that stand out are Josh Ng Product Advisor and Tonya Thompson Sales and F&I Manager. From the beginning of our relationship with Josh, he showed an exemplary level of professionalism, coupled with outstanding helpfulness and kindness. He was always available to us and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We feel, Josh's approach to sales compliments our personalities and we are thankful to everything he has done for us and hope to work with him again. Tonya is a remarkable individual who is dedicated to her clients; evidenced, for example, by her being available to us after hours on more than one occasion, something much appreciated but not expected. Tonya played an integral role in making the leasing process seamless, explaining leasing details and options and facilitating our request for changes in our paperwork at the last minute. Working with Josh and Tonya made our experience with Downtown Hyundai one to remember and one that we hope to foster in the years to come. We would also like to give a big shout-out to Glen-William Sales Manager who was kind and thoughtful by introducing himself and giving us his best wishes. Overall, we would give both Josh and Tonya ten out to ten stars.
Hey Folks - I have to admit when I started my car/SUV hunt, Hyundai wasn't on the top of my list. However after visiting Downtown Hyundai and working with the sales rep Alex Taratine, my views and opinions changed radically. I ended up purchasing my very first Hyundai. Alex was phenomenal to work with. Very down to earth and a straight shooter with loads of knowledge. I have traditionally been a Nissan fan I have to admit the sales folks at the Nissan dealers that I visited were terrible people, I have since converted. Alex did a great job at walking me through the re-design of the Santa Fe and the Tucson, we talked about specs, warranty, features etc. etc. After chatting with Alex for a bit, I was convinced I needed to take the vehicle for a test drive. To my surprise the vehicle exceeded all my expectations. If Alex hadn't taken the time for a "walk in" and took the time to get to know me and talk about the car, I would have never stayed long enough to purchase one. Not to mention, a couple accessories were not ready upon pick up - Alex personally delivered them to us once they were in....great customer service and demonstration of going the extra mile. I couldn't be happier with the new vehicle and I would give Alex 5 stars to work with as he treats everyone like a human not a sale and makes sure you are 100% looked after. Kudos to Alex and Downtown Hyundai
We had an amazing experience. Ally is the best. She is the ultimate salesperson and we will always associate our new Tucson Hybrid Ultimate with her. You have to visit Downtown Hyundai’s new super modern showroom and service headquarters. Ally and her team will make you feel very welcomed.
