Toro used to be my fave place to eat. However, when my dad was in town and I took him there I noticed several things seemed different. I've gotten the same thing every time I've gone there, so right away I noticed that my flank steak tacos didn't taste as good and they lowered  the taco count! You used to get 3, now it's 2:( service was great but now the food is sub par at best

Nice staff. Great food. They wouldn't make a margarita that I order everywhere else I go but the drink they made was done well. I'll go next door and get the drink I want. For that, minus 1 star.
