We had a wonderful dinner at Copper this evening! I had the trout meal and it was delicious. Lauren, our awesome server recommended it. My friend had the Copper hamburger. She said it was very good. Our server, Lauren, was SO friendly and very helpful recommending menu items! We would definitely come back again! If you are looking for a great experience with warm and friendly service…Copper is for you!

If you want an amazing steak which I did this is a serious contender for best in town. Sure, you can get fancier but you’ll pay double for it. The food was great but better yet, was the service. Dylan took such good care of me with his personal touch; spending loads of time keeping me company and engaged while I sat alone! Thanks for being a solid dude!

We enjoyed appetizers and drinks. It was a busy night and we did not have reservations. We are able to sit at a high-top in the bar area that suited us fine for our girls night. Our waitress was super friendly and was able to recommend some additional fun places to try.

The hint of sweetness paired beautifully with the savory dishes to come.nnFor the main course, we tried both the bison ragu and the shrimp couscous. The bison ragu was rich and hearty, with tender meat that melted in your mouth. The flavors were balanced and complemented by the perfectly cooked pasta. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations even on hikes we should check out nearby.
