Copper

Very nice upscale restaurant located in the lower level of building. Cozy and romantic low lighting tables and booths kind of has a speak easy feel. The service was spot on and the food was very good. My prime rib was a little more rare than medium but I'm a beast and will eat it rare as well. Very good choice of regular and rare whiskeys in all price ranges. Fun place to try out.

Excellent play list and atmosphere!! Pairing the Crown Royal Reserve with the Brussels was an amazing choice. I highly recommend the two.

The best Manhattan in Bozeman, hands down. Cold glass, solid pour, professionally prepared and presented. Good variety of food options to keep everyone happy. The place does get busy so make a reservation or get their during non-peak times.

One our favorite places. "Copper Wednesday" is a great deal. They have a special where you can get a burger and a beer pretty reasonably.

Great whisky selection! They have many of the local distilleries as well - but it would be great to see more, especially Bozeman Spirits!
