Open for dinner every night at 5pm....come as you are! Regular menu items include salads and small plates, house made pastas, wood fired pizzas, oven roasted chicken and local beef, lamb, and pork entrees. Wine lovers will enjoy our hand picked list of old world wines by the bottle or glass. And if you're into beer...well...so are we.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this Italian gem in Bozeman, MT, while on a work trip. From the moment I walked in, the host was incredibly personable and made me feel right at home. My server, Mimi, was an absolute doll. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she took the time to explain the dishes in detail, showcasing her deep knowledge of the menu.nnThough the menu is concise, don’t let that fool you—the dishes are expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. My meal was phenomenal, and the quality and attention to detail were evident in every bite. The service was prompt and efficient; I was in and out in under an hour without feeling rushed.nnIf you’re in Bozeman and looking for a fantastic Italian dining experience, I highly recommend this place. The food, service, and ambiance are top-notch!
Amazing restaurant! Coming to Bozeman from NYC, I was so happily surprised to find this place. Everything was very delicious! Service is great, atmosphere is very nice. One of the best pizzas I’ve had.
Food: I did not think the pizza was going to be as good as it was! It has so much flavor and one of the better pizzas in Bozeman!nnService: Server was friendly and upbeat! She seemed knowledgeable and helpful.nnAtmosphere: It is busy! So it can be a little crowded but it has a decent amount of tables. I would try to make a reservation in advance.
Nice place for a date night. The Napoleon style burrata margherita pizza was the highlight of the show! Perfect amount of delicious margherita sauce on a very thin bottom crust. Was going to try the kale salad but went for the wood oven bok choi with lions mane mushrooms and it did not disappoint. The radiatori was an interesting pasta shape that I've not tried, and it was a pleasant discovery. It holds a lot of sauce like a sponge. Happy we picked Blackbird as our first dinner in Bozeman. Reservation was a bit hard to make, but when we went at 9pm there were a few empty tables, so walk in is probably possible
