The place was dirty. Food on the floor and tables almost like nobody cleaned the lobby. Chairs were stained with food or drink spills. Food looked like it was left over a a long time. I could here every private staff conversation in the lobby. Food was okay (chicken at least). Not going back here again! Disgusting

Not the KFC quality that I expected. Small lunch crowd, but still disappointed. No original recipe out, one piece of BBQ, and maybe half a dozen extra crispy. My other KFC experiences have been better.

Bathrooms were gross and smelt and looked like they have not been cleaned in awhile, tables were dirty and were not cleaned after customers were done. Ordered the buffet to only realize there was nothing but potatoes and they would not fill it with chicken till after being here for 20mins, if I could rate this zero stars I would.

Very terrible experience at the Owatonna, MN location. The restaurant was very dirty, all the tables, floors were not cleaned off. The service was bad and very slow. While we were eating a lady came in and returned her food and got a refund for her terrible experience. Don't eat here not worth it
