El Salvador comfort food that feels familiar while offering a refreshing change from the usual fare. Tiny, cozy place with friendly service and good prices.

If you're passing through it's well worth the five-minute drive from the highway to see what a pupusa is all about.  It's kind of like a quesadilla not made with tortillas but a light dough that's fried.  

They also have tasty tacos, burritos, tamales and sopes, all priced by the piece at around $2.00 to $3.50.  Unique breakfast items are also served all day.

The place is very small...like six tables, but service is very fast and friendly.  We were in and out within 20 minutes.

Authentic. Salvadorian fare. I ordered the chicken tacos and a cheese Pupusa. Excellent flavor.....especially when the green (hot) salsa was added! Quaint and friendly atmosphere. Wallet friendly too!

Everything I've eaten here has been 10/10. So good!! Fair portions, super flavorful.
