Top Hat Motel

The room was not as advertised online , I felt overcharged so I’m going to assume it’s discriminatory, their rooms were filthy from Walls to floors and bathroom , they had roachesssss omg !! I killed 2 of them and more kept coming, I asked for a new room and the manager insisted on being very hostile with me when I simply asked for a new room , I then demanded a refund because I became extremely unsatisfied and uncomfortable with my stay , and couldn’t even get that . I was charged $100 and was told I would only receive 30 of those dollars back smh . DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE

Alright rooms. Good ac. Good bed. Good parking, check out 10 am. Don't use the restroom passing 9pm or you'll see bugs crawling. And your b#tch will run off the room and leave u hanging. So I'll give it a 3 star I'll come back thoe I'd rhe price Is cheaper then 95$Rooms: 3/5

This was hands down the "wildest" place ive ever stayed.. im not saying the bugs are a nuisance.. But if you have a problem sharing your bed with them they might be... They didnt hog the covers all night though! Oh, and the customer service? Look if you could afford decent customer service you wouldnt be staying here.. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay.. Whats 5 10 more dollars to avoid needing nerve medication? Sargai here saying dont tip yours at the top hat.

First of all once you get to the motel the front desk has a blacked out window can’t see the person behind it wich makes it weird doesn’t seem to be legit very low tone of voice can barley hear now the room we open the door found a couple roaches on the floor tv only has one channel heater for room shuts off by itself Bathroom door does not close very poor service and quality definitely won’t come back here anymore.

The Owner was extremely courteous and very kind!!!! Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Walked into a pleasant smell of bleach & immediately I knew I could relax & unwind. Very quiet, private, & affordable! I would definitely recommend for a night or a temporary stay! Thanks again for the stay! Room 110 X

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This is the worst experience that I have ever had at any motel! The owners do not keep up with the rooms or even look at them before they rent them out. They tried giving me a room with blood on the bed spread and hair on the sheets. Disgusting!!! Not to mention the gang signs carved into the tv, fridge, heater/ac unit and the mirror in the bathroom. The shower was filthy with dirt all over it. The bathroom door was broken so you couldn't shut the door. There was dirt and stains all over anything and no where to park. The service was terrible and when I asked for another room they tried to give me a room the smelled terrible and didn't even have a door on the bathroom and there was water all over the floor with hair all over the place. Then I asked about reviving a discount that night and in the morning the owner had no memory of me asking for this. It was VERY unprofessional and they shouldn't even be in business with how nasty the rooms are. Not to mention they aren't even equipped with fire alarms that work.

Either you stop what you’re doing right now because the DEA or FBI can and will closed you down because we’ve been investigating you for a while

Room is clean but has weird smell, but not super strong. Area seems pretty sketchy. Definitely not enough parking, but will allow all guests to park in lot but if you're blocking someone in you may have to move immediately. No vending machines or ice.

Coming into the room after i paid for my 3 days... The smell of black mold sank into my nose. The bathroom was spotted wit the mold all over the shower and the walls are very thin... Staff slamming doors early in the morning. And the lady that took my momey was very rude.. I dont understand people... If u dont like dealing with the public you are in the wrong business.

We stayed here for one night because it was the cheapest in the LA area. The room was okay but pretty dirty, our mattress hat blood !! stains and there was a lot of hair in the room. It was very noisy and you could hear every word from the neighbours. The area is SKETCHY! Just google south LA and you know what you can expect. shootings just on the street the Motel is located at... The door of our room didn't completely close. We would NOT recommend this motel! The only good aspect was the price.
