Great for customized and goal focused training but not hovering 1 on 1 training. A lot of value for the money regardless of your fitness and training goals. Big help in rehabbing from a major accident Post PT.

I love this gym. Even though it's quite pricey, there's nothing like working out with a knowledgeable personal trainer at a fully equipped gym.
