We require a commitment from each client in order to be able to achieve real and tangible results. This cannot be done in a month or two, which is why we require a 3-month commitment from every client. We want to see you succeed. This will be a realistic and timely lifestyle change. This includes not only consistent and regular exercise but adhering to healthy eating habits and developing a personal fitness routine.
