Excellent cut by Nadine! This is my second time at this location. Nadine does exactly what I want! I would definately recommend her. Happy to have found a good hair dresser finally!

I did not dye my hair for 8 years before i visited this salon a few months ago. When I called I explained what I wanted ans I was told I would be booked with a good color specialist. I arrived and brought a picture of what I wanted. I was advised that I wouldn't be able to get the light color I wanted, but would be able to achieve a nice caramel. I agreed to the caramel. The gentleman applied the bleach and the end result was a disaster. My hair (with the final color) turned out a brassy orange. The ombre was not blended properly and my hair went from dark to orange. When I returned the following week yo complain, another stylist looked at my hair and looked as if I was bothering and making me look as if I made big deal out of nothing. She suggested to sit 30 min with purple shampoo in my head so the brass comes out... i paid 300 dollars. It should have been done right. My hair became damaged and From having hair down to my waist, i now am sporting a bob . Never again

Terrible service! Normally I wouldn't mind paying alot for my hair, when it actually turns out decent. Her lousy attempt at Balayage was basically painting a short amount of roots on my head, that didn't blend AT ALL. Looks like garbage & I hate my hair now. I could have let my hair grow for $200 less. Would not recommend these unprofessional hair dressers. They must be right out of school with very little experience.
