Great supply of products. I'm never asked if I need any help or assistance. Choosing different extensions, hair pieces or hair products, I sometimes need help. My daughter has mixed hair and I'm still learning on what would work best. Having someone that can give advice would help out tremendously.

I visit there about every 4 to 5 weeks for a haircut. I have had the same barber for at least 15 years now and I am always very pleased with my cut. She is very friendly and likeable.

One stop shop for all things hair supplies! I have visited for over years. I love that they have a points system too. The owner is the sweetest and have always treated myself and my kids with with kindness. My daughter has thick very long and curly hair and I was able to get assistance on products that are helpful.

I hate to leave a 1 star however based on the accepted business practices, this rating is well deserved and accurate of the service you will receive. I made an appointment with a lady who I can't remember her name. Her chair is the second closest to the front door. I came ON TIME for my appointment and was prepared for my hair washing. I was told which chair to sit in, and I did. Well minutes later the daughter of the owner comes in and if I recall correctly, with her children. Owners daughter begins chatting it up with the hair dresser I'm waiting on. She then proceeds to discuss hairstyles and to my surprise , begins doing her hair and chatting away. Complete disrespect. Seems Carolyn allows adult play dates when you book your appointment. Tend to your customers. Respect their valued time and appreciate their willingness to bring YOU business. Bear eeedyat tings a gwaan a dah place here. And the simple wash I got not even a seh ONE. Ask Carolyn what I mean. Anywho, no I do not recommend. .

Small store with not a large variety of products. Clean and stocked with the items they do have. I always call before going to ask if they have what I want.

I have been a customer at this location for over 10yrs. This Black Beauty Supply Store not only provides the community with a variety hair and beauty products, but next door you can get the latest hairstyles from the friendly, knowledgeable hair stylist's from relaxers, braids, weaves etc. You name it you can get it. I am very happy with the service I've recieved over the years. Jasmine does my braids and Eula does everything else from Relaxers, Colour to natural hair blow outs.......Thank you Carolyn for the Service. #BlackOwnBusiness

I love Carolyn's ! The staff is so nice and helpful. They are so knowledgeable and always answer any questions I have. They have TONS of products in the store and if they don't have what you are looking for they often try to see if they can get it. The prices are reasonable and I actually prefer them to Sally's. I feel the staff are better trained at Carolyn's then at Sally's. I have also had my hair cut and coloured from them. Never go anywhere else. I did once and regretted it had to come back for them to fix it. I highly recommend them.

I try to patron black owned and small businesses but I’ve been to this store several times and the customer service has been horrible every single time. I’m lucky if I get a hello. And there’s always attitude. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
