JOSEPH'S HAIRSTYLING FOR LADIES AND MEN

Rude behaviour shouting across the salon by my stylist. Foul language. Terrible cut. Tried another stylist . Bad cut again. A few years later they desteoyed my friend's beautiful hair. Avoid this place. I just read the owner's responses to honest reviews of his salon. He is sarcastic and rude beyond belief. I have NEVER seen such responses on Google reviews.

Barbering at it's finest! No rush jobs here... your hair gets checked, and rechecked and touched up until it's perfect. I am extremely picky about my haircuts, but always leave there feeling like a million bucks, and will never go anywhere else. Reasonable prices as well to get a cut from someone that's a master at their art. Some social-media-warrior-trolls have posted negative reviews, and some even got outraged that the owner "dare" defend himself in his replies, but these are the people that are more interested in doing the quick-step across the parking lot to get home to their computer, and try to destroy the business, than go back in and get their complaint resolved. Joseph's has a huge, well-established, and loyal customer base, and they got that from keeping their customers happy.

I have been coming to Joseph's for over 5 years now and I am really disappointed into the amount of effort that goes into attracting new customers with renovations, rather than evaluating each of the individual hairdressers for their skills in "cutting hair". My experience was, maaaybe sometimes you run across the hairdresser with a drop of passion still left in their profession but nowadays I am frequently crossing paths with the hairdresser who cuts my hair in less than 15 minutes and butchers my sideburns. My hair was left unfinished with patches along my sides, and this was after I had reminded them to actually DO my sideburns. I wouldn't call it a hairdresser based on this lack of consistency. Do not plan on returning.

Excellent service every time I visit Josephs. I always leave with a clean look and a smile on my face!

Very poor attitude and service. I suggest you go somewhere else if you want an employee to treat you with respect.
