SmartStyle Hair Salon

I went in yesterday for a trim. I asked her to take about an inch off. She asked if I wanted a few more layers and I said yes. BIG MISTAKE!!!! she cut my hair so short it looks like a 90's haircut!!! I was growing out my hair for three years and I just wanted to cut of the split ends. I feel awful and I will never go there again. When she was drying my hair she looked like she never held a brush before. I am so upset...

Being a former hairstylist myself my expierance was the worse I have ever had as a woman you go in to come out looking better than when you went in wash cut a d blow dry .... I looked like I just got out of bed and my hair wasn't even dry when I left I was so upset I was like jus get me the heck out of there before I blow ....when.blowdrying hair you must at least put a brush through it and make it look nice nope never again

I do not recommend this salon ! I went in to get an ombre and my stylist completely botched my hair. It's incredibly patchy and there are a bunch of random highlights that are super blocky and there is no blending what so ever. Absolutely horrible. I even went to a different salon for a second opinion and they were astonished that The stylist let me leave with my hair looking this bad and now it's gonna cost me $145 to fix! Even where she bleached the ends to get the blond has patches. I caution anyone who is thinking about visiting this salon to get their hair done.

I will never in my life time go to smart style again after the way I was treated when I called to book a hair cut the lady that answered the phone told me that because I was just getting a hair cut she could not book a appt because I was not getting a perm or colour .for this they will never get my money do not ever go here to put cash in their pocket is a big mistake.
