Had a great experience with this business! The day I called to have my dryer looked at Paul came within an hour to look at it. Very honest and respectful! Ordered a new dryer through them, got it the next morning! Guys who delivered were also awesome! Jonah hooked up the dryer and was very down to earth. Tony' s appliance is definitely my go to when I need anything. Will recommend to everyone I know! Thanks for the speedy and affordable service.

I don’t often write reviews about service, but my experience today was so good that I wanted others to know. The service guy, Scott, is a rock star in my opinion. Super knowledgeable, explained why things break and how he fixed it. Was friendly, polite and efficient.  Pricing was fair. My Samsung laundry washing machine was having trouble and getting an error message.  It’s hard to know which repair people are good or not so good. I’d highly recommend Tony’s to anyone. Wish I had bought the appliances from them in the first place, but went with the big companies and big websites as the place I bought. Those companies have delivery and install employees that are just doing their job. Scott from Tony’s was really really good. Next time I’ll for sure choose Tony’s.

Tony’s appliance was prompt, accurate, invested in solving issues and doing it well.
We would use them again.
We also have purchased appliances through them and have found fair prices and great customer service.

They’ve made a customer for life - had a busted valve on our water heater which caused a leak and called the number that happened to be listed on its side, which was Tony. We were floored by the awesome service- he went above and beyond by helping us not only with the heater but also with an issue we asked about for the furnace (fully fixed it easily) He even noticed an issue with the washer drain and fixed it- and best of all he SHOWED us how to maintain and fix this stuff. He clearly knows his craft well. Worth every cent, and they’ve earned a customer for life.

Thoughtful and responsive service tech helped me get the heat back on to my dryer. Shared some knowlege with me on my setup and explained how the problem could be avoided in the future. Seems like he enjoys what he does, which is always a good sign of a strong company.
