Perfection Plumbing

Do not use Rick / Perfection Plumbing! Our general contractor used him when finishing our basement . I came home from work literally on DAY ONE of the job to at least an inch of standing water covering our basement...needless to say I was freaked out. Luckily, it was day one of the project so there was no drywall or flooring to be damaged. Aside from the stressful experience, Rick handled it pretty poorly too - it seemed like he just raced over to our house to mop everything up before our general contractor arrived to see the severity, he took no accountability and said it was because of a "faulty part". He said he would replace our water main handle was rusted out for free because of the inconvenience...well it's now almost three months later and this still hasn't happened / haven't heard from him. What if I had gone out to dinner after work or was out of town? Our entire house would've been flooded. Another negative - he will only warranty items that he supplies shower / toilet / faucets etc..fine. However, when we asked him to send options for what he will supply it took over a week to get one "option" and even then he just sent part numbers for us to google and see the images. When i then googled the part numbers to see what we were getting, I could also see the retail prices of these items and could see he was charging us a 200% markup.

These guys are great. The owner Rick is quick and efficient. His son actually did our complete sink, faucet and plumbing install. He was polite, efficient and cared about the work he was doing. We had no water in the kitchen due to an oversite by a contractor. The owner of Perfection Plumbing left his sick bed having had knee replacement surgery less than 2 weeks prior and come to do the work himself. Of course the job was more complicated than it should have been, but he fixed to problems without complaint.. The end product works great and we in turn are very grateful for a job well done.Service: Faucet installation

STAY AWAY. This review pertains to both Perfection Plumbing and Stone Systems. Parter companies sub contracted by Home Depot. Please read the reviews on this company. They are horrific to work with and produce poor quality results. Do not order countertops through Home Depot until they stop contracting with stone systems and perfection plumbing. They never produced a final invoice despite multiple requests. They charged $7 more per square foot than Home Depot initially quoted. The mis measured in nearly all locations. They charged me by the square foot, but were seen cutting off several square feet worth of unnecessary material that I was certainly charged for. The countertop is chipped and scratched in several places. They mis- measured the sink, which has left me without a functioning sink for 9 days and counting. Upon producing a new quartz slab with proper sink cutouts, they claimed to be unable to finish the installation of the garbage disposal due to the location of the waste line. This is something that should have been caught weeks prior during measurement. To this day day I am without a functioning sink despite the fact that all appliances sink, garbage disposal were measured and approved during measurement. They waste line needs to be lowered by 2 inches, and they refuse to do the work or contract a carpenter to move the line. I paid for a finished product and they along with perfection plumbing are refusing to finish the job because it's more invasive than originally anticipated. Even though all parts were approved in advance. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.
