I received a quote over the phone for between $110-125 for a cartridge replacement in my tub faucet and a fill valve on my toilet. The guy who came out wanted to charge over twice that for the service and only replaced the cartridge, but never even fixed the toilet or replace the fill valve. He then threatened to call the police for "theft of service". If I could give ZERO stars, I would. So absolutely disgusting how they try to take advantage of customers.

I will say that they came out quickly and did clean out our drain pipe (roots) for a good price. However, the guy that came out didn't have a tarp to lay down. No booties on his shoes like other companies. He pulled a bunch of roots off his machine along with a used rubber (YUCK!) and left them for us in a bucket. He also used my laundry detergent to wash out his rag. Just really unprofessional.
