McDonald's

Service was incredibly slow. But the staff were nice. Hot chocolate was cold and not stirred properly. It was so cold that the whipped cream didn't even melt. The fries were overdone and not salted enough.

Very low quality of staff training, I would personally be embarrassed if I owned this franchise. The staff have messed up both my orders within a 12 hour period, as well as only answered one of the microphones at the drive through so I sat while cars went on the other side I’d like to point out the only reasoning for the 2 stars is the manager KC, acknowledges there shortcomings and is very eager to help fix all the mess ups

Relative to other McDonald's: Better - staff are typically friendlier - Has a playplace for the kids and is kept clean. Worse - the speed of service is too often slower than what one generally expects in fast food, both inside and drive thru. - at least one of the self order kiosks has unfixed problems printing a receipt.

Brutal. Lined up at the counter so I tried the touchscreen. It let me order something they ran out of... And it *didn't* let me order a custom mcdouble so I had to line up *again*. Families were waiting 10+ minutes for simple happy meal orders. Restaurant was not clean. Time for retraining management and maybe actually listen when customers aren't happy (like me)

Attentive service. Quick to rectify small oversight. Ive worked it fast food for many years. It's a difficult business with crappy pay. Be kind to your server
