Literally the 3rd time I’ve been there and asked for franks hot honey sauce and received straight up honey each time. Gross that should not even be an option as something I would have wanted. If you don’t have the product then say that :

Ordered the meal that is for the nhl stick because my children wanted one. We specifically ordered the meals that say it comes with it. I get the order and the lady said we were not charged for the nhl stick and would not provide it. I asked multiple times to look at the sign and it shows it comes with the meal. The nhl stick comes free with the meal, charged extra for a plastic toy? I had to go into the store to again ask for them to look at the sign directly behind them which says it comes with the meal to finally get 1 of those nhl sticks. That is all they would provide. $62 dollars spent. I spent more to get the second nhl stick for the second child. This was ridiculous.

It took 15 minutes for a fry and two drinks. I ordered a large smoothie for more than $5 but the cup wasn’t filled up to the top. The new layout feels like it’s designed for the employees to hide from the customers up front. The printers on the mobile order stands weren’t working, and the order screen wasn’t accurate at all for what was being prepared or had been completed.

Ever since McDonald's has reno'd their locations, it feels impersonal and clinical. I feel that wait times have increased for some reason and items are forgotten or misordered frequency has increased! I understand WHY they got rid of the self serve fountain pop machines, thanks to losers abusing them and staff not cleaning them enough, but now you have to wait for a napkin or ketchup. They could have kept SOME of the usable items up front....
