Tim Hortons

Good location on the strip when you're out and about shopping. They usually have the products I ask for and the drive thru is pretty quick in comparison to other Tim Hortons I have visited. Lost 1 star for staff friendliness or lack thereof. Their main concern is their drive thru time which I can appreciate but it's not hard to smile and say hello while still remaining quick.

Its just another timmys. Small cramped space indoors. Dirty when we got there and it was fairly slow indoors. Cant drink any of the coffee so i always opt for tea as it isnt even their own

Tim Hortons seems to have gotten downhill. Years ago most of these "coffee shops" were owned by friendly staff who made sure the moral was great, positive, and took care of them. I have family who used to work at these stores. New owner recently and that is when the moral has been bad. Service being very slow, the new owner firing employees from medical leave, lack of employees with great knowledge, and negitave customer service. Sorry but Tim Hortons is a place I do not like to go in Lethbridge.

First place we stop after crossing the border. Gotta get some Timmy's! Would suggest they carry more travel mugs (so I can take one home as a souvenir).

Great coffee but poor in listening to instructions. I asked for a cold cut trio on a white bun but they still gave me a cold cut on a ciabatta bun and I didnt ask for them to remove the mozza and onions but yeah, it's missing.
