I tried to book an appointment online for 3 day Day 1 they called me to cancel the appointment because they say they’re busy . Day 2 they cancel the appointment online without calling me so I called them to check and they say we will book you for the following day Day 3 came at noon which was the time for my appointment and guess what .. they are closed Thank you for the magnificent way of treating people

This was the best experience I ever had in a barbershop. Ray knew exactly what he was doing for the haircut that I wanted for my specific type of head. The best part was the head massage. It is worth it and I’ll come back 100%. I love the haircut!

Emily-B was amazing. She did my hair exactly the way I like and ask for. She is very talented. She even recognized. the fact that I was military and set me up with the discount. I definitely will be coming back and asking for Emily-B again.Services:&nbsp;Scissor cut

Couldn't be happier with our barber Minh. He's always taken the time to do things right and never makes you feel like he's rushing. The couple other times  I've had others, you really just feel like they are processing you as fast as possible. Minh is great with my son, who is pretty timid. The management there needs to get their stuff sorted out. Constant policy changes, and nobody being on the same page leads to a frustrating experience trying to get a cut in the first place. Honestly, if it weren't for Minh, we would probably go elsewhere. The prices are fair, and the complimentary beverages are a nice touch along with tablets and a hockey game to keep the kids entertained. If the front of house can get themselves sorted out and communicate a bit more, I think it would go a long way. Last time I tried to book I got 4 different stories and then got a call an hour before we were supposed to be there that they had double booked us, so we would have to try another day. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of Minh and the gentleman at the desk when we arrived the other night. If it weren't for them, it would be 1.

my kid loves it . Great  concept . Haircut   wad  very nice !    And the barber     Leo  was  caring to do  what  my  son  wanted !   As he did not  wanted  to  short !   And he left happy Service:&nbsp;Kids' cuts

They were very nice. I got to watch Angry birds while getting my hair cut. They offered several drinks and my hair stylist was very gentle

Tommy Gun's does a much higher quality cut and adds extras like scalp massage, hot towel, etc. while still charging a very reasonable and low price. I would like if the check in app had the ability to communicate over SMS text messages back and forth, it would save having to answer the phone and would save your staff the extra work of all those phone calls!Services:&nbsp;Scissor cut

I will give a big thumbs up and five star . I love so much the wash and head massage.   It's organize and so relaxing

Great experience. Long wait but worth the cut. Had no idea the cut came with hair wash and scalp massage.

For someone who is paying $80 + tip I definitely expect better than what I got. My head is not a drawing board. All I’m seeing are lines at the back of my head. For the person who is answering the phone…… please stop saying all your barbers are pretty good. I am really disappointed.Service:&nbsp;Fade cut
