Our clients with special needs have been going here for years. The barbers are always very accommodating and respectful. We will continue to bring the men to Westgate Barber.

Owner did a fantastic job first time I visited this barber. He was very patient and through, finished everything in 15 minutes. This place was voted best barber in Ottawa in early 2000s newspaper is still on the wall. However, I was extremely unhappy second time there. Owner was not in that day, I had to go with someone else. This guy did not follow my request, I told him No. 1 at side and faded on top. Instead, he just cut everything to No.1. Finished everything in 8 minutes. The difference was so obvious, when I arrived home from barber shop, my family recognized immediately the difference and said "the owner did not cut your hair right". Do not play Russian roulette at this place. I will not go to this place again unless I can book it with the owner.Services: Scissor cut

No fuss, no wait, just a great haircut. They only accept cash but the barber was ok with me going to the bank machine after my haircut and returning with the money.

Very happy with my cut. Kevin was great! I called ahead and he was waiting for me when I got there. They do a hot straight razor shave on the back of the neck with the haircut and that's a bonus I definitely appreciate. Thanks and keep up the good work. I will be back.Service: Buzz cut

This barber shop has several barbers on staff. I've had my hair and beard trimmed there 4 times over the last 24 months+. Every cut has been excellent! I strongly recommend this Barbara shop.

I have been going to this barber for over 10 years. Tong is a wonderful barber. Takes his time and results are always great. Great attention to detail. The owner, Ramon is over 80 and still works there regularly. A great place for a cut.
