Very bad experience. They are not friendly at all. My son had a hair cut with Timothy which was the worst cut he ever had!! When I asked him to try to make it shorter he wasn’t cooperative and told me that he has another appointment and left!!! Not recommended at all

Your Covid fee is what crippled you. Lesson learned I hope. Yes You have a Covid fee. Its just not called a "Covid Fee" but the extra you charge for "PPE" and "Covid debt recovery" is basically a "Covid Fee". hey be technical, it didn't help your business.Service: Long haircut

We checked this place out for the first time today. It was fresh, clean and they were welcoming and professional. Highly recommend Amy, great service. She did a wonderful job cutting my husband and two young boys’ hair! They even had window markers so the boys could colour on the front window to keep them occupied!

Another premium cut. For the extras like straight razor and steaming hot towel service this is my go to. Used to go to the Richmond location but worth the drive to Kanata.

I've always been able to get an appointment. Even just walked in a few times. It's a little out of the way at the moment but that's due to a connection to Stittsville they haven't built yet coming soon they say. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. I get the exact cut I asked for every time. Especially Jeremiah who does a phenomenal job. What I really love about Imperial is that I can expect to see the same barber time after time. A lot of other places keep going through staff so you can't expect consistency.

Great service! I called ahead to see if they were busy and Paul told me they were not and went out of his way to explain that if someone gets there before I do, they will be first served, etc. Very clear and helpful. Haircut was great. Attention to detail and good conversation as a bonus. I’ll be back! Thank you.
