The pressure of a refinance or mortgage deadline date can be stressful. I called Carol 12 hours before I needed a statement of insurance for my new bank. Carol said no problem and at all and turned it around in less than 20 minutes. Best part, she was calm, relaxed and told me it would not be a problem! Amazing. Extremely pleased with the service I received. Carolyn was very thorough in explaining details and getting things set up. The transition to State Farm is smooth sailing. Prices are great. All office staff are very friendly. You are greeted with a smile whether in person or on the phone.

I wouldn't reccomend anyone else because she does her absolute best at going far and beyond to meet your requirements. She has been an amazing resource and now have two vehicle insured with State Farm!
