We dealt with Jae Pepin and I cannot say enough about the service we received. We had a big screw up with our previous insurance provider and our policy got cancelled. Jae was able to get us reinsured right away and for a way better rate and a much better policy. He was thorough, quick and always replied to us in a timely manner. If your looking for an insurance broker who will work for you call Jae!

I've been dealing with Cambridge Insurance for many years. I would guess at 20. I liked it much better when they were in down town Preston, but like many business's they have to expand and go where there is more room. The companies I deal with have changed over the years but Cambridge Insurance is the one that handles that. I went to the new building on Franklin Blvd several years ago, the same year they moved. I walked in and was impressed with how big it is. Oh, so here's where all my money is going I said. I got a good laugh on that one. The place is big. I have been here about three times. The service seemed fine to me with no complaints. Lots of room. Good location considering everything is out there now. I still preferred the old down town location. No complaints here from me.
