I have been with this company now for 2 years without any claims on my home or automobile policies, no tickets or changes in policies, I also still have accident forgiveness and just received this years renewal with a 21%/monthly increase??? Be aware!! This rating is based on premiums only, since I've never had to deal with them for any claims. Needless to say I will be cancelling my insurance and looking elsewhere.
Highly recommend! They have always been helpful and kind even throughout the process of a claim I had going on, they never failed to provide me any information I was looking to find. Rick, Tori, Diane are all super awesome to work with and they do their best to get back to you as soon as physically possible and when they cannot they always follow up. Really appreciate the work they do to give great customer service!
Best guy to deal with. Very friendly staff. They gave me the best price in Cambridge for my two cars and business insurance.
Always had great service from the employees. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had a bad experience when opening a claim. Obviously no one in this office had anything to do with it, however the total loss adjuster I dealt with was just ignorant.
Rick and his team have always given me great service, I have been with a few other companies and this one by far is the best. I never feel scammed and they are please to give any information you may require or will give you the contact information for the person who would have a better answer! I have been with them for 2 years and 0 complaints.
I called them to get a quote for auto Insurance. But they transfered me to person s who are not able to give a quote. It's very hard to get connect with the agent. They all are usually busy. I almost wasted my 1 hour on phone and still didn't get the info I needed.
Rick is very knowledgeable in what he do and fast operation .
