Went in to renew my membership, decided to pick up a backpack while I was there, they had a great selection, found exactly what I wanted. The lady who looked after me was professional, really helpful and very friendly. She was also health conscious, wearing a mask, taking precautions while serving me, at a time like this it says they are respecting me, my friends and family.
The Cambridge branch has been on strike for months and of no use to me at all. CAA promotes their call center and results in unacceptable wait times and no answers. Poor value for membership costs. There are alternatives.
My CAA driver Danny was phenomenal in his customer service and personable skills. He was attentive and ensured my safety whilst loading my car up on the tow truck from the side of the highway. He continued with open communication during the ordeal and was fluid in making sure I was comfortable and if I had a plan in place. I enjoyed the discussion and the compassionate demeanour. Thank you for a great service! All the best.
Battery died. Called and rep Matt from Scarfo & Son showed up. Had car going very quickly and took the time to explain what happened and that I had loose positive connector. Very happy with service I received, highly re commend!!
I had a battery problem with our 2015 Highlander over the past several weeks during the cold spell. Finally, on March 14, 2021 decided to do something about it and called CAA. They sent a battery man out, Chris Gowing FAC # P670 and ID # 11269. He did a complete battery check and told me there was nothing wrong with the battery. He could have sold me a new battery but said it was not needed. I was impressed with his honesty and sharing with me the battery test results on his Tablet. So, now we start the vehicle every day its not driven during the cold weather for 15 minutes to offset the drain from the security system. Great work Chris!
Sarah Shivdarsan was incredible! Amazing customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very fast, but genuinely happy to help and quick to answer any questions I may have had. Would definitely recommend specifically asking for her for any of your traveling needs!
Received call advising my travel tickets are ready and to pick these up. I show up 20 minutes later, no tickets. Staff then denies calling my home when call display clearly indicates Cambridge CAA office. This is exceptionally poor service.
We picked up a nice nap sack and some converter plugs for an upcoming trip. They have a great selection of travel related products at reasonable prices.
