Exactly the way you imagine a classic English neighbourhood pub. Nice choice of beer, second floor is pretty cozy. Neither really a wine lovers place (pretty obvious, yup), not a dinner place. Many adults-to-older people in, so no drunk teens (good point as for me). Prices are reasonable-to-low.

We went there on a Tuesday evening, it was very busy. Even though the waitress was pretty fast serving us, but she didn't care about providing a good customer service. She looked very bored and unhappy. When I asked her what they have on tap, she gabbled the options but not loud enough to allow us to understand her. The beer we ordered didn't taste very good either.

The worst experience ever. Thursday 1pm, I came to spend at least 150CAD in a nice whiskey as a gift for my friend, however noone of the 3 cashiers knew any single idea about their own products. Zero customer service, no manager in store, no smile and they forgot to ask my ID and give me my receipt. What the...? Never again. Super super disappointed. I can not understand how they have staff members who do not know anything about their products. What is the point to have them if they cannot up-sale a simple whiskey

Great spot. Haven't been in the bar yet but sounds like they have karaoke nights occasionally live bands too. Just try not to end up on the wall of shame. Seriously, they have 1 of those.

Not impressed at all. The servers are very rude and dismissive. I have walked out twice because of waiting so long to get service. The food is mediocre at best. And with all the great craft beers here the selection is nothing to get excited about. They do have a big screen projector for hockey games so that is nice. Would recommend sitting upstairs for the best view.
