Toast A Go-Go

I thought our server Leanne did a wonderful job. Not only did she have my table, but she had a larger 10 top when we walked in plus, a 6 top, and a few smaller tables. She was so very sweet and kind. She was busting her butt to make sure she made it to every table multiple times, and if she couldn't she still stopped by and said just give me a minute I will be right with you. The buffet was great as well, got food hot, cold food cold and very filling, multiple options to choose from. I want to thank Leanne for giving us and every one she served such wonderful service, people like her are what makes a restaurant a more memorable place.

More like toast a no no! The service was terrible! Waited 15 minutes after being seated just for the server to come take our drink order. Then once the food was served she never came back. I got up and refilled our groups drinks instead. The food was lack luster. French toast was to sweet, my sons was buried in fruit and once the fruit was gone he wasn't even hungry for the french toast. Expensive for what you get. Very disappointing compared to other restaurants here in Mackinaw City. We even watched a server yell at a customer who had been waiting to be seated while we were checking out. UNACCEPTABLE!

Service slow and food was almost uneatable, maybe it was a bad day. On the other hand it was buy one get one free, so I suppose I can't complain for only spending 14 dollars for two people.

Food are good and affordable. Not all servers are the same. The first 2 days we had the same server. It was okay. The last day was different server, he was good. Gave us extra table napkins and water on top of the drinks we ordered. Nice place to dine in.

Rotten service and food was even worse. Chicken was so dried out well as corn on the cob and the rest was not much better. We were for ever just getting someone to come to our table to wait on us. Then we never got a bill we just went up and had to wait for the girl to find someone to get our bill. The lady blamed our poor service on using the side door entrance. Really it was a entrance and the employees kept walking by so they knew we were there. After spending 45 dollars there we ended going somewhere we could eat the food. It looked like a.very nice family restraint. What a hug disappointment.
