Used to love coming to Tisol. They still do some good with rescues and donations.. But their new manager just doesn't seem to care. Thew new staff seems to always be on their phone. They don't know much about their products or they just don't care. enough to explain. Used to love the atmosphere of this store but big corporations seem to tarnish good values.. Oh well.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
(local location staff nice, regional management of chain awful)
1) during software change-over of frequent buyer lists, head office combined my lists of different size bags (no warning, no approval), plus there are now bags missing. Local location can't print lists nor help me so had to refer me to regional manager
2) regional manager not returning calls. When finally talk to assistant manager, different excuses for lack of response. Took a week to get a return call.
3) she bluntly told me she refused to deal with me because "[you] called my employees stupid". Actually no I didnt, you weren't listening. I told her the combined bag size list could not have happened at store because employees are not stupid and no way that they all would have made the same mistake each and every visit. Therefore, the only likely explanation is it happened during software change-over.
4) told me to talk to head office, I asked for phone number, and she told me to get it from website myself. As you wish my dear, but just so you know you will be added to the list of complaints when I call them.
5) sold me raw patties that were 5 months!!! beyond best before date. I can't believe local retailer has enough freezer space for such an error, so I may only be able to blame them for not noticing. More likely, the error happened at chain's warehouse, and they shipped old product to retail location. Either way, better inventory control required throughout the corporate environment. I don't want to have to be on high alert whenever I go there. I believe its their responsibility to keep an eye on expiry dates. If I pay a premium price, I want my premium product to still be premium, not something that has degraded and has a ton of freezer burn.
I'll see what happens tomorrow. Already emailed both suppliers, will call Tisol head office tomorrow.
