Always shop here. Usually stocked up. Best Petsmart I’ve ever been to. The grooming salon is also amazing. Very comfortable there. Catherine the groomer takes care of my American Eskimo and is SO TALENTED! And sweet I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Unfortunately just took my dog there yesterday for grooming, it took the whole morning since they were "busy" so my dog was there from 9:30-2:00pm and they have done something to her. I own a schnauzer with anxiety problems (she finds it hard to trust people) I took her here because so far it has been great but yesterday I noticed my dog had her eye hurt. When I asked them about it they acted as if they had never noticed it, however when I told them I had just taken her to the vet and she was cleared and checked they quickly suggested we took her to their vet. When the vet saw her he immediately told me it had been head trauma and asked if I was the owner; when I responded that something happened in the grooming salon he stopped and down played the situation, gave me some drops for the swelling and sent me home. When I asked them for video footage they say they don't have cameras in the grooming salon. I want to know what happened to my dog!! I even told them that I was easy going and I could have brought her again or even if she wasn't behaving and you didn't want to deal with her I would've understood but I do not expect you to hurt my dog. If it was an accident I would like your employees to speak out, to make my dog's healing smooth and efficient. In all, very sad, dissatisfied and dissapointed at your service.

I have found the staff member all to be very genuine and kind. They even helped me solve my dog's sensitive stomach vs. Food dilemma. The prices are a little high, but hey, that's life. Great job gang!

Visited the store earlier today in a search for a very specific bag of cat food. Rep Benjamin was very helpful to us and we left the store and with a great deal and great service. Would recommend this location to anyone.

From experience visiting this pet store frequently, from what i can see, they take pretty good care of their animals. The enclosures are clean, most of the care is good for the species, there are a good selection of supplies for your pets. The prices are quite high for certain products but that is expected with chain pet stores like petsmart. Though they do take adequate care for their animals at this facility, I would still not recommend purchasing animals from here. Instead go to a trusted breeder or shelter, as there are always animals in need of homes. The BC SPCA is a great place to visit when looking for a new addition.
