Long time customer. Counts for a lot to b a regular, I wait just like everyone else, but they always go the extra mile for me when at all possible. BUSY! Plan your time and call if you can’t go face to face. I always go in. You can never get everything you want in life instantaneously, anywhere, but these folks will do their best. Highly recommend this service center. Kevin and Steve are top notch. Get a Goodyear Card. 5 Stars everyday. You wait til it snows you will be in a lineup ~ that life in New England, ya know?!

Honest, Reliable, good reputation, very knowledgeable about ALL aspects of Tires, Wheels, Mags, and has a Top of the Line Alignment Facility. Waiting Room, bathroom, and friendly but not pushy counter personnel. I have been using them for over 15 years, with owner change, even got 1000 times better. Highly Recommended.

Always behind, even when I've booked an appt...45 mins late and service hasn't even been started on our tires. Correction and hr and 10 min after appt time still haven't been serviced and rather than apology we were told they weren't doing that bad for time?! Never again...

These guys are always pretty busy, so make an appointment. Great selection of tires and pricing is very competitive.
