Mattress Firm West St

The last time I purchased a mattress I was only focused on price and I bought from a discount store. I slept on a mattress that was very uncomfortable for 10 years. When we needed to upgrade to a king size bed, I went to see Michael Carrio at Mattress Firm and he was amazing. I do not like pushy salesman, Michael was anything but, he greeted us when we arrived and let us wander around aimlessly until we asked him for help. My wife and I explained what we were looking for, our individual preferences, and our budget. He immediately directed us to 2 options, one of which he owned personally. We went with the same one at a very good price and both of us have never slept so well for the last few months. Great place, great people, great products, great price!!

Just had the pleasure of getting a new mattress from this store, from our salesperson Rob to the very respectful and efficient delivery men we could not be happier. I would recommend this store/ firm to anyone looking for new bedding.

My fiance and I went into the store not knowing whether we would be purchasing a new bed or not. We were greeted immediately by Stan and offered to answer any questions. He was not pushy or overbearing at all and helped answer a multitude of questions. During the purchase of the bed we decided on (Queen size Phoebe Simmons Beauty Rest) , there were some hiccups in the financing process. Stan, as well as his co-worker Mike, went above and beyond to help us through the whole ordeal. Thank you Stan and Mattress Firm for a great experience!

I was helped by Stan. Service was professional and quick. I was offered additional products and stuff but i didnt feel pressured at all in being upsold on stuff. The delivery was quick, and they took good care in not messing up the floor or walls.
