I had my wedding nails done here and they looked phenomenal. I had to have two fake tips put on because of broken nails, and the rest were shellac but you couldn't tell the difference. I was 100% happy with the nails for my wedding day although they charged extra for the sparkles and the tips but I'm giving three stars because the nails didn't even last a week and I specifically said I want them to last during the honeymoon. When my nails grew slightly, the bottom of the shellac near the nail beds started peeling off and got worse whenever I ran my fingers through my hair as it would get caught. The lady who did my nails was also kind of rude. I had just gotten a spray tan and my hands were a bit orange as I hadn't showered / fixed them yet, and she made sure I knew that she thought I shouldn't have done that and that it was a bad idea... The nails looked gorgeous for the wedding but just didn't last like I was hoping they would!

this is my favourite nail salon in the tri-city. I'm never disappointed by the quality of my manicures, they're quick, and have always been very friendly to me.

After calling in and booking an appointment and confirming for this morning at 9:30 with Lee my mother had gotten there and they booked it for the wrong day and instead of having a shellac manicure they booked it as a pedicure with someone completely different after even confirming you would expect to get what you asked for. I work as a receptionist and this is not okay and then they kept pushing her for a different service blaming her for what happened to her nail before and speaking their language and laughing. This is completely disrespectful and we will never be returning to the salon again

Love coming here! Every two or three weeks, I visit Kim at this salon. She leaves my nails looking beautiful. If I need help picking a colour, I let her know the look I am trying to achieve and she finds just the rights colour. Of course, if I have something in mind she will make it happen. Clean salon with autoclave for tool sterilizing. Good technical and colour skills.

I have been going to Tips And Toes for a few years now, myself and my daughter that is 9 years old now. I have always been that person that praises great customer service....I must say, shamefully that, as we all say life is hectic and busy to say the least...that this is my first review. When we visit an establishment, you feel the need to share your experience, because you rarely meet the managers or the owners and want to extend your gratitude for being treated special. And you want that person to be recognized. I guess this is why, I never felt I had to. Because at Tips And Toes, every experience is recognized with everyone there. The ladies working, the owner and all the clients present. I’m not writing this because this experience stood out more then any other visit, because every time is the same. Amazing!!! You know each and everyone working there is recognized. They all treat you like a part of their family! For this, I felt I should share and say thank you... to all the ladies. For making every visit, such a pleasant time we spend there. Thank you ladies!!!

First time I went there I was really happy with the quality and the service provided. Couple of weeks later I went to take off the shellac and asked for regular manicure, as shellac makes my nails really brittle and weak. They were really busy, and because I was not getting the more expensive service, they literally refused to do the manicure. After they took off shellac, the technician literally told me she will just put a fresh coat of nail polish without soaking my hands, filing and other nice things you would expect if you go get my nails done. Needless to say, I would have to pay the same price. of course I just walked out without getting my mani done. I doubt I will be going back there, as I seamed totally ignored just because I choose a cheaper service.
